During my time at Illumination, I had the opportunity to spearhead a project for recruitment materials that would be brought to different colleges and conventions. We brainstormed ideas for stickers, notebooks, posters, tablecloths and much more. It was an amazing experience to find a way to market the Illumination brand to an older audience, but still keep the same playfulness that the company represents. Below you'll see some of the ideas we worked on and pitched.
Claire's Place Foundation
Claire's Place Foundation is a non-profit organization providing support to children and families affected by cystic fibrosis. I was asked to help create designs based the founders quotes and ideas that would be used for stickers, notebooks and postcards. Claire's Love Bombs
Another project I worked on was Claire's Love Bombs. This is a personal project that started when Claire and I where 15, we wanted to do something special for the patients at Memorial Care Miller Children's & Women's Hospital in Long Beach CA so we decided to anonymously leave little hand made inspirational quotes all around the hospital. Each quote was designed to give the patients and healthcare workers a little boost and inspire them during their stay.
I updated this project in 2018-2019 with quotes from Claire's Ted Talks and some quotes from her favorite songs. People have shared these love bombs all over the world, in California, Georgia, Orlando, London, Portugal, Iceland, Germany, Hungary, Slovakia, and Indonesia!
